One of the top family owned renowned builder and developer company involved building and developing mega residential complexes. During this intervention, we worked with 4 family members, 7 top leaders and 70 middle management staff.
This intervention included the use of psychometric instrument CPI 260, CEO Coaching, Empathetic Communication Program, Executive coaching, Relationship clinic’s and other semi structured methodologies to “Make Change happen”.
We have helped the Family to further built strong bonds with the members of management team.
We have facilitated the process of “re-creating” organization culture together with employees, by involving participants across levels. This OD intervention was called- “Creating an Organization of my Dream” wherein, each layer in the organization talks about their concept of a dream organizations, cascading and alignment goals, vision, values, expectations across various levels and ensuring alignment with their dream. Different inhouse, structure, semi structured and unstructured methodologies were used to bring desired change.
It also included developing all HR processes and creating competency directory for developing leadership pipeline.
